Orders

The primary way of purchasing Michael's books is online via Amazon and other online stores.

However, for customers in Australia, orders for paperback copies of the books shown below may be placed direct with us.

To place an order, please complete the Order Form below. Upon receipt of your order, we will email you an invoice for payment.

Upon receipt of your payment, your book or books will be post to your nominated address.

Price (incl postage)

$28.00 (GST inc) for first book

$25.00 (GST inc) for second and subsequent books

Items will be posted via Australia Post (with tracking). The vendor will accept no liability for damage or loss during transit.
